USPS was behind in mail delivery due to snow and ice. I needed boxes for a wedding so Holt's Customer Service overnighted my order so I had them on time. They checked on the order and went beyond what most places would do. I'm very pleased with this company, other companies should take a lesson on customer satisfaction!

Holt's fixed messy USPS service...
USPS didn't deliver shipment within 11 days, but Holt's customer service stepped in and sent replacement shipment super fast via UPS. I appreciate the great service. And shame on USPS.

I’m new to the cigar world so as I was looking up videos about cigars on YouTube I came across a very helpful video from Holt's. This website is super easy to navigate and there’s plenty of stuff to choose from. I really enjoy everything I’ve bought from Holt's and their customer service is amazing. I bought a $10 torch lighter that stopped working on me while lighting a cigar and they refunded my money quickly, no questions asked. I fully trust and support this company. Great experience with Holt's.

Fresh Cigars Arrived...
So appreciative that a sachet humidifier was placed in the box since I live on the west coast. Cigars were still fresh after the long journey. Fell in love with the La Aroma de Cuba cigar which is crazy since I normally enjoy mild cigars. That's the purpose of sampling cigars... trying new ones. Thank you!
