Avo Heritage cigars are blended and rolled at the famous Davidoff cigar factory in the Dominican Republic. Named for the well-known Armenian American jazz pianist, Avo Uvezian, Avo cigars are available in a handful of consistent blends, including Heritage, which is drawn from a Cuban-seed wrapper, grown in Ecuador, and a vintage interior of premium Dominican long-filler tobaccos. Tasting notes of leather, cedar, cocoa, and spices layer the palate over a woody foundation throughout a medium to full-bodied finish. Avo cigars are considered a less expensive alternative to traditional Davidoff blends, and Avo Heritage is a fuller-bodied smoke rated 90 points by the critics in Cigar Aficionado.
