Solid company
Heard about Holt's through a friend. We started a cigar club of sorts and the search for quality cigars that were affordable began. Holt's does not disappoint. Even though we are basically on other side of the country, and it takes a little longer to get orders, all of our orders have shown up on time with exactly what we purchased. Very happy with Holt's customer service!

Exceeded Expectations on many levels
Had a few special occasions recently, and both orders arrived exceptionally fast with a generous surprise included as well. Watched a few Holt's pairing videos on YouTube and gave it a try. Amazing how the cigars enhanced the bourbon as well as the bourbon enhanced the cigars. Thanks for exceeding expectations on all levels which is a rarity today. Definitely have to make a pilgrimage to the lounge for an in-person discussion and pairing next. We'll done Holt's. Very pleased.
